About Ordering online

Our shopping cart is a secured site managed by Microsoft bCentral. When filling out the order form, please be aware of the following:

• You may add or remove items from your cart by clicking on the "Edit" or "Delete" link to the left of the invoice item line.
• The first total does not reflect shipping charges or (for California residents) sales tax.

Regarding shipping options:

• Our standard shipping method is DHL ground and packages are delivered in the United States in as little as 2 days, but more often 3-4 business days.
• The Global Priority mail option should only be selected for International shipments. This option is the most cost-effective shipping method for non-US destinations with delivery from 3-5 business days in most cases.

If your order is intended as a gift

• Check the "Is this a Gift?" checkbox. When the box is checked, we will not include price in the packing slip.
• If you would like us to include a message with the gift, include your message in the "Special Instructions to Vendor" box at the bottom of the order form.
